Water source heat pump is widely used in building heating and air-conditioning system. It can be used for heating in winter and airconditioning in summer,as well as be used for supplying hot water for buildings. In this paper,based on the analysis and study of the operating characteristics of the unit system and combined with the current situation of energy utilization in buildings and application of water source heat pump in heating and air-conditioning system in China,it is concluded that the water source heat pump technology can be properly popularized and applied as a new energy source technology under the premise of environmental protection and energy saving.%水源热泵在建筑供热空调系统中应用十分广泛,它既可以冬季供热也可以夏季空调供冷,同时还可以兼顾为建筑供应热水之用.通过对其机组系统运行特点进行分析研究,并结合当前我国建筑能源利用情况及水源热泵在我国供热空调系统中应用现状,得出水源热泵技术必须在环保与节能前提下作为新能源技术才可以适当推广应用.
