矿用提升机制动系统冗余回油管路的设计与应用

         

摘要

以山西焦煤岚县正利煤业副立井提升机制动系统为研究对象,根据2016版《煤矿安全规程》第425条规定:提升机安全制动必须有并联冗余的回油通道.为满足新版《煤矿安全规程》要求,结合矿井现场实际情况,提出切实可行的方案,通过加装电磁阀控制冗余回油管路的方法对安全制动系统进行了改造,实践证明,该方法完全满足《煤矿安全规程》要求,并且提高了提升系统的安全可靠性.在此基础上,为进一步提高制动系统可靠性,在对液压管路改造的同时加装液压油冷却装置,从而避免了液压站夏季油温过高影响制动性能.%2016 version of Coal Mine Safety Regulations Article 425 requires: hoist safety brake must have a parallel backup oil return channel.To meet the requirements, the paper takes the brake system of the auxiliary shaft in Zhengli coal mine as the research object, and puts forward the feasible scheme based on the site situation.By installing the solenoid valve to control the returning oil piping, safety braking system renovation engineering succeed.It has been proved that the method fully satisfies the requirements of the code, and greatly improves the safety and reliability of the lifting system.Further more, the hydraulic oil cooling device also installed, thus prevent the hydraulic station from poor performance in summer caused by too high oil temperature.
