大巷注浆加固技术的优化研究

         

摘要

针对某矿五采车场段水平南翼大巷的特征,通过对巷道变形破坏的观察,判别出原支护方式和修复扩刷后巷道破坏的影响因素,得到了以增加围岩的自承能力为出发点的基本结论.提出采动影响下的破碎松软巷道采用"U型钢组合锚注的可缩性金属支架联合支护方案并结合关键部位锚杆加强支护",巷道返修频率较高的问题得以有效的解决.%Based on the observation of the deformation and failure of the roadway in a coal mine, the influence factors of the original support mode and the damage of the roadway after the expanding engineering are obtained.Bearing capacity as the starting point of the basic conclusion, the paper puts forward that the problem of frequent maintenance for roadway could be effectively solved by using the U-shaped steel bolts combined with the retractable metal brackets, together with the strengthen in key parts of the support under the influence of mining.
