Analyzes the characteristics and laws of gas occurrence , gas emission and gas outburst in Sijiazhuang mine working seam .Bases on the gas control technology mode of coal gas production integration and the characteristics and effects of ground drilling gas drainage , puts forward the coal seam antireflection and elimination outburst technolo-gy and preventing the working face gas overrun technology .The results show that the ground drilling gas control can gain time and space for coal production , and realizes the effective connection and orderly progression of coal mining .%分析了寺家庄矿开采煤层瓦斯赋存、瓦斯涌出及突（喷）出特点及规律。基于“采煤采气一体化”瓦斯治理技术模式和地面钻井抽采瓦斯特点及功效，提出了矿井上下联合抽采、U型井＋多段压裂抽采的本煤层增透消突地面钻井治理瓦斯技术，采动区、采空区防止回采工作面瓦斯超限和上隅角瓦斯积聚地面钻井治理瓦斯技术。结果表明，地面钻井治理瓦斯可为煤矿生产赢得时间和空间，实现煤矿采掘的有效衔接和有序递进。
