千米深井下山煤柱区底鼓冲击及其防治

         

摘要

基于某矿9煤回风下山的实际条件及底鼓冲击动力显现,分析了其冲击矿压发生的原因,并建立底板冲击矿压控制体系. 结果表明:该工作面具有强冲击危险性,主要影响因素为下山孤岛煤柱、大采深、顶底板条件、煤层强冲击倾向性等;下山煤柱区覆岩运动剧烈、应力高度集中,高静载下矿震动力扰动诱发底板冲击;该工作面掘进前采取煤体大直径钻孔预卸压处理,掘进期间根据监测结果实施顶、底板预裂爆破卸压冲击解危措施,现场效果良好. 该研究成果可为类似条件下煤岩动力灾害防治提供借鉴.%Based on the actual conditions and the floor heave burst dynamic appearance in No.9 coal return air downhill of a coal mine, analyzes the causes of the rock burst and establishes the floor burst pressure control system. The results show that the face has a strong burst hazard, mainly influencing factors are downhill island coal pillar, large mining depth, roof and floor conditions, coal seam strong burst tendency and so on.Downhill coal pillar zone o-verlying strata movement is violent, the stress is highly concentrated, under high static load the mine earthquake dy-namic disturbance induced floor burst.The face before excavate takes coal large diameter drilling pre -discharge pressure.During excavate based on the monitoring results implement the measures of roof and floor pre -splitting blasting pressure relief burst releasing.The site effect is good.The research results can provide the reference for the similar conditions of coal and rock dynamic disaster prevention.
