采用注浆法保护受采动影响巷道的技术研究

         

摘要

Zhenchengdi coal mine 22618 return airway impacted by 22620 mining stress,there is wall caving in the return airway protective coal pillar, there is floor heave in the roadway, leads to roadway section narrowed sharp-ly , it is not conducive to the management of roadway in coal mining face and maintenance .Combines with actual situ-ation at the scene, in 22618 protective coal pillar grouting reinforcement, the grouting technology is introduced in this paper, the grouting reinforcement scheme is put forward.Through coal grouting reinforcement, protect the whole sta-bility of the coal body, improve the carrying capacity, avoid the large area deformation of roadway, the floor heave phenomenon, prevent the harmful gas and goaf water invasion, has the value of popularization and application.%镇城底矿22618回风巷受22620采动应力影响,回风巷侧保护煤柱出现片帮、巷道出现底鼓,导致巷道断面急剧缩小,不利于回采工作面巷道管理及维护. 结合现场实际情况,在22618保护煤桩中进行注浆加固. 介绍了注浆工艺,提出了注浆加固实施方案. 通过煤体注浆加固,保护了煤柱整体稳定性,提高了煤柱的承载能力,避免了巷道大面积变形、底鼓现象,阻止了有害气体及采空区积水的侵入,具有推广应用价值.
