注浆技术在沿空巷道围岩支护中的应用

         

摘要

留小煤柱沿空掘巷是一种能够大幅减少区段煤柱宽度的地下开采技术,对提高采出率和延长矿井寿命意义重大,但易造成巷道围岩变形破坏. 通过向小煤柱帮注浆,有利于小煤柱稳定和沿空巷道维护,提高沿空巷道及小煤柱稳定性. 为了验证注浆加固技术对煤柱结构及其承载性能的影响,本文以阳泉煤业集团8407综放工作面回风巷道煤柱帮为背景,通过相似材料模拟实验和工程实践相结合的研究方法,验证了对护巷煤柱实施注浆加固的措施能够增强煤柱的承载和切顶能力,使关键岩石块体的断裂线靠近上区段采空侧,减小采空侧悬顶长度和煤柱应力集中,得出:沿空巷道受工作面采动影响时,侧向支撑压力峰值出现在煤柱帮3.5~4.5 m位置,起主要承载作用的是煤柱内部的弹性核区,注浆加固从本质上改变了煤柱的外部力学环境,确保了沿空巷道及其围岩的稳定.%Small coal pillar roadway driving along goaf is a kind of underground mining technology which can largely reduce the width of section coal pillar, which is of great importance to improve the recovery rate and prolong the life of the mine, but it is easy to cause the deformation and failure of surrounding rock of roadway.Through grou-ting to the small coal pillar, it is beneficial to the stability of small coal pillar and the maintenance of the roadway a-long the goaf and increases the stability of the roadway along the goaf and the small coal pillar.In order to verify the grouting reinforcement technology influence on coal pillar structure and load performance, this paper takes the return airflow roadway coal pillar side of 8407 fully mechanized top coal caving working face in Yangquan coal group as the background, through the research methods of combination of similar material simulation experiment and engineering practice, verify for the protected roadway coal pillar grouting reinforcement to enhance the coal column load and roof cutting ability, the key rock block fault line near the upper section of goaf side, reduce gob side hung top length and pillar stress concentration, it is concluded that the lateral support pressure peak appears in the position of coal pillar side 35~45 m.Plays the supporting role mainly is the elastic core area within the coal pillar, and the grouting rein-forcement changes the external mechanical environment of the coal pillar, ensures the stability of the gob-side entry and the surrounding rock.
