特厚煤层大型综放面超前支承压力实测研究

         

摘要

In order to study distribution characteristics of advanced supporting pressure in large fully mechanized caving face about ultra thick seam,takes large fully mechanized sub-level caving coal B907 face of a mine as an ex-ample,by field observing advanced supporting pressure and advanced roadway deformation,analyzes characteristics of advanced supporting pressure and verifies by numerical simulation.The results show that the distribution characteris-tics of advanced supporting pressure are different with others fully mechanized faces in general geological conditions, because No.9 coal seam of B907 large fully mechanized caving face has characters of seam thickness,property stiff-ness,shallow burying and so on,the influence scope of advanced supporting pressure is 80.5 m,the plastic zone width is 7.2 m and the stress concentration factor is 1.48,the influence strong area of mining roadway is 0 to 23 m a-head of the working face.It concludes that advanced supporting distance from 20 m to 25 m of B907 fully mechanized caving face level is reasonable.%为了研究特厚煤层大型综放工作面超前支承压力的分布特征,以某矿大型综采放顶煤B907工作面为例,通过超前支承压力与超前巷道变形的现场观测,分析了超前支承压力的显现特征,并采用数值模拟进行了验证。结果表明:B907大型综放面因9#煤层厚度大、煤质较硬、埋藏较浅等原因,造成超前支承压力分布特征与一般地质条件下综采面不同,其超前支承压力影响范围达80.5 m,塑性区宽度7.2 m,应力集中系数1.48,巷道采动影响强烈区为工作面前方0~23 m。得出B907综放面平巷超前支护距离20~25 m是合理的。
