基于实验室测试的楔形掏槽爆破因素分析

         

摘要

The key to successfully excavate roadway through blasting is cutting undermine technology.A coal mine main haulage roadway driving speed is slow,excavating the coal alternately is tensely.In order to increase the quality of cutting undermine blasting and the speed of roadway tunneling,combines the physical and mechanics pa-rameters of rock in main haulage roadway with blasting excavation scheme,it can provide theory basis for ensuring the form of cutting undermine and blasting parameters through the factors that affect the cutting undermine blasting effect which was tested in laboratory test.The results can provide technical reference for similar condition in cutting under-mine blasting.%巷道爆破开挖成功的关键在于掏槽技术。某矿轨道大巷掘进速度缓慢,矿井采掘接替紧张,为了提高掏槽爆破质量及巷道掘进速度,结合轨道大巷岩石的物理力学参数及爆破掘进方案,通过实验室测试影响掏槽爆破效果的因素,为确定该矿轨道大巷掏槽形式和爆破参数提供了理论依据。研究结果可为类似条件下的掏槽爆破提供技术参考。
