Expounds the developing history and present status of the project about coke oven gas to methanol, introduces the process flow and operation parameters of the 100 000 tons per year coke oven gas to methanol device as well as the wastewater pollution problems in the process of production.Through the analysis of generation and pollu-tant content of methanol wastewater,puts forward the corresponding wastewater utilization technology route,and ana-lyzes the feasibility of technology route.The results show that this technology not only can realize zero emissions of production organic wastewater,but also can utilize the water resources reasonably and effectively,and no pollution to the regional surface water environment.%阐述了焦炉煤气制甲醇项目的发展历史和现状，介绍了10万t／年焦炉煤气制甲醇装置的生产工艺流程和运行参数，以及生产过程中产生的废水污染问题。通过对甲醇废水的产生量和污染物含量的分析，提出了相应的废水利用技术路线，并且分析了技术路线的可行性。结果表明，本技术路线完全可以实现生产有机废水的零排放，同时也使水资源得到了合理有效的利用，不会对区域地表水环境产生污染。
