通过对现有振动筛振动组件的分析，利用安培力代替激振器和电动机等动力部件提供的动力来源，设计出一种新型振动装置，减少了激振器和电动机等动力部件的能耗，使振动装置不仅结构简单，造价低，而且有效减小了能量损耗，提高了振动装置的工作效率。%Through the analysis on the existing vibrating screen and vibration component,the ampere force is used instead of vibrator and motor power units to provide power source,a new type of vibration device is designed,the energy consumption of the vibrator and the motor power components is reduced,the new vibration device has simple structure,low cost,reduces the energy loss effectively and improves the work efficiency of the system.
