Analysis of the comprehensive utilization of coal slime is beneficial to improve power plant efficiency and reduce the cost. The configuration and production process of a circulating fluidized bed boiler coal conveying system was introduced. Through analysing and solving the problems encountered during operation process, the coal slurry productivity was increased remarkably so that the amount of coal combustion was greatly reduced, which is of great significance to improve the economic benefit of power plant.%针对洗煤厂煤泥的综合利用有利于提高电厂效益、降低成本，介绍了某热电厂循环流化床锅炉煤泥输送系统配置和生产流程。通过分析、解决某热电厂煤泥系统运行中遇到的问题和技术改进，使煤泥生产力显著提高，增加了锅炉掺烧煤泥量，大大减少了原煤的燃烧量，对提高电厂经济效益方面具有借鉴意义。
