使用三相标准功率电能表及三相电能表检定装置对0.01级电子式三相电能表及电子式单相电能基本误差进行测量，通过直接测量的方法，分析了各项误差的来源，对电子式三相电能表及电子式单相电能表基本误差测量不确定度进行评定。%the errors of 0.01-class electronic three-phase watt-meter and electronic single-phase watt-meter were measured by using standard three-phase watt-hour meter and the verification device of three-phase watt-hour meter. The causes of the errors were analysed and the measurement uncertainty was assessed.
