针对机组检修、运行中发现的问题,在对某型600 MW低发靠背轮结构进行分析的基础上,对低发靠背轮进行了传扭能力和三维有限元计算分析。结果表明,螺栓伸长量为0.62 mm时,螺栓最大等效应力达到1790 MPa,接近螺栓材料屈服极限930 MPa的2倍,导致螺栓发生弯曲变形,应力集中加剧。%This article focuses on the unit maintenance and operation problems of operating unit, and based on the low coupling structure analysis, three-dimensional finite element calculation and analysis were performed. The results show that when bolt elongation is 0.62 mm, the maximum equivalent stress of the bolt will reach 1 790 MPa, nearly reaching the twice of the material yield limit(930 MPa), which can reslut in bolt bending deformation, and make the stress concentration intensified.
