以五寨县为研究区，采用生态服务价值理论及其评价方法，结合研究区域实际情况，通过修正五寨县土地利用生态服务价值系数，并根据五寨县土地利用规划期内各土地利用类型的面积变化，得出了五寨县规划基期年和目标年的生态服务总价值，并分析了生态服务价值的年变化情况，引入敏感性分析法对单位面积生态服务价值当量进行了验证。结果表明：笔者在研究中选取的生态服务价值当量较为合理；规划基期年和目标年的生态服务总价值分别为41036．07万元和49851．22万元，总体呈上升趋势；五寨县土地利用规划充分考虑了经济建设用地指标的分配，同时通过植树造林，大力开发其它用地的使用效率，使规划区生态服务价值呈逐年上升趋势，规划方案可行性较高。%Based on the ecological service value theory and its evaluation method, combined with the actual situation and modified land use ecological service value coefficient of Wuzhai county, planning base and target year of total ecological services values of Wuzhai county were concluded and annual change of the ecological service value was analyzed. Ecological service value equivalent per unit area was verified by the introduced sensitivity analysis method. The results showed that the ecological service value equivalent selected in this study was more reasonable; total ecological service values of planning base year and target year were 410.3607 million and 498.5122 million respectively; ecological service value of the planning area was rising year by year by land using planning of Wuzhai county considering economic construction land and other land using efficiency, so the planning scheme was feasible.
