Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Danshen injection combined with nalox-one on neonatal hypoglycemia brain injury and its influence on serum S 100B protein and NSE.Methods Two hundreds and twenty cases of patients with neonatal hypoglycemia brain injury,who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016,were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with naloxone,and the observation group was treated with naloxone combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injec-tion.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the ob-servation group was 93.6%(103/110),significantly higher than that of the control group 75.4%(83/110)(P<0.05);The hospitalization time,the recovery time of reflex,the recovery time of consciousness and the recovery time of muscle tension were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P <0.05);The levels of serum S100B protein and NSE in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05);The incidence of sequelae in the observation group was 10.0%(11/110),which was significantly lower than that of the control group 21.8%(24/110)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Dan-shen injection combined with Naloxone has exact therapeutic effect on neonatal hypoglycemia brain injury.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,control the level of serum S100B protein and NSE,and improve the prog-nosis of children,so it is worthy of popularization and application.%目的 研究复方丹参注射液联合纳洛酮对新生儿低血糖脑损伤的临床效果及血清S100B蛋白和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的影响.方法 选择2012年1月至2017年6月在我院新生儿科进行诊治的220例新生儿低血糖脑损伤患儿,随机分为2组.对照组采用纳洛酮治疗,观察组采用联合复方丹参注射液治疗,比较2组的临床治疗效果.结果 观察组的有效率为93.6%(103/110),明显高于对照组的75.4%(83/110)(P<0.05);观察组患儿的住院时间、反射恢复时间、意识恢复时间以及肌张力恢复时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的血清S100B蛋白和NSE水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的后遗症发生率为10.0%(11/110),明显低于对照组的21.8%(24/110)(P<0.05).结论 复方丹参注射液联合纳洛酮对新生儿低血糖脑损伤具有确切的治疗效果,可以有效缓解临床症状,调节血清S100B蛋白和NSE水平,并能改善患儿的预后情况,值得应用推广.
