Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of cervical multigap infection.Methods Twenty one patients of cervical multigap infection were collected in affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology from October 2013 to February 2018.Twenty-one cases of cervical multigap infection pa-tients received computer tomography and ultrasound examination before operation.According to the scope and de-gree of infection ,anti-infection therapy ,local puncture or cervical lateral incision surgery were used.Results Twenty-one patients with multiple cervical interstitial infection were treated with anti-inflammatory therapy ,7 of which were treated with surgical treatment (all of them received cervical incision drainage and exploratory opera-tion) ,14 cases were treated with conservative anti-inflammatory treatment.Six cases were discharged automati-cally (one of them died) ,and the remaining patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion Cervical multigap in-fection should be treated in a timely manner ,and the neck incision and drainage should be done when the neck is found to be abscess.%目的 探讨颈部多间隙感染的早期诊断及治疗方法.方法 收集华北理工大学附属医院2013年10月至2018年2月诊治的颈部多间隙感染患者21例进行回顾性分析. 21例颈部多间隙感染患者分别行颈部CT 、超声等检查,根据感染的范围及程度,采取保守抗炎治疗或手术治疗.结果 21例颈部多间隙感染患者均给予抗炎治疗,其中7例行手术治疗(均为颈侧切开引流、探查术) ,14例保守抗炎治疗. 6例自动出院(其中1例死亡),其余患者均治愈出院.结论 颈部多间隙感染应及时给予抗炎对症等治疗,当发现颈部形成脓肿时应及早行颈侧切开引流术.
