Objective To investigate the value of the fetal supine position as standard position for the echocardiographic diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease.Methods From January 2013 to November 2015, pregnant women underwent echocardiography examination for screening fetal congenital heart disease with or without fetal supine position as standard position were enrolled as subjects.All the clinic data and echocardiography image were retrospectively analyzed.Results The positive detection rate of the fetal congenital heart disease with or without fetal supine position as standard position was 4.06‰(72/17737) and 2.34‰(18/7701),respectively.The positive detection rate was significantly different between the two groups(x2=3.899,P=0.048).Conclusion The fetal supine position as standard position is valuable for screening fetal congenital heart disease, which could increase the positive detection rate and reduce the misdiagnosis rate of fetal congenital heart disease.%目的 探讨以胎儿仰面位为标准体位在超声诊断心脏畸形中的应用价值.方法 回顾分析我院2013年1月至2015年11月期间孕妇接受胎儿心脏畸形筛查;分别对以胎儿仰面位为标准体位及非标准体位条件下的心脏超声图像及临床资料进行统计分析.结果 以胎儿仰面位为标准体位,胎儿心脏畸形的检出率4.06‰(72/17 737),高于非标准体位心脏畸形检出率2.34‰(18/7 701),差异有统计学意义(x2=3.899, P=0.048).结论 胎儿标准体位质控在心脏畸形筛查中有着重要的临床价值,对于提高心脏畸形的筛检率,减少漏诊具有重要意义.
