目的 探讨品质链对住院颅脑肿瘤手术患者中相关知识及自我管理行为的影响.方法 根据随机数字表法,将2016年1月至12月期间60例住院颅脑肿瘤手术患者分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(品质链组),每组各30例,比较2组患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率、自我管理行为能力、护理满意度.结果 与对照组相比,观察组患者对疾病相关知识知晓率明显提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者饮食结构、饮水习惯、适当运动等自我管理行为均明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者对病情观察能力、主动护理及人文关怀、应急处理能力、护患沟通及健康教育等护理服务满意度均明显提升(P<0.01).结论 品质链能够明显提高住院颅脑肿瘤手术患者自我管理行为能力,提升护理服务质量及满意度.%Objective To study the effect of quality chain on related knowledge and self-management behav-ior for hospitalized operation patients with brain tumor .Methods Sixty hospitalized operation patients with brain tumor during the period from Jan 2016 to Dec 2016 were randomized into the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (quality chain) according the random number method ,30 patients per group .The aware-ness rate of disease related knowledge ,self-management behavior ,and nursing satisfaction degree in two groups were compared .Results Compared with the control group ,the awareness rate of disease related knowledge was significantly increased in the observation group ( P <0.05);compared with the control group ,the ability of self-management behavior such as diet construction ,drinking habit ,proper exercise was obviously improved ( P <0.05);compared with the control group ,the patients'satisfaction degree for nursing service such as disease obser-vation ,active care and humanistic care , emergency treatment ability , and nursing-patient communication and health education was significantly improved ( P <0.01) .Conclusion The quality chain can significantly increase the ability of self-management behavior for hospitalized operation patients with brain tumor ,and improve the nurs-ing quality and satisfaction degree .
