Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tissue selecting therapy (TST ) in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids .Methods Sixty cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group (TST) and control group(Milligan‐Morgan) ,the curative effects were compared .Results The post‐operative pain and edema was of significant differences .Conclusion TST has good effects on mixed hemorrhoids and few complications .%目的：探讨选择性痔上黏膜切除吻合术（TST ）治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合痔的临床疗效。方法按照1∶1的原则，将60例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合痔患者随机分为TST组和混合痔外切内扎术（Milligan‐Morgan）组，对2组患者术后疼痛、水肿等并发症进行观察、对比。结果 TST 在减轻患者的疼痛指数、降低肛缘水肿、促进创面愈合时间明显优于Milligan‐Morgan术，TST综合疗效优于Milligan‐Morgan。结论 TST能减少Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合痔术后并发症、促进患者快速康复。
