目的：确定水蒸气蒸馏法提取无梗五加根挥发油的最佳工艺并研究其化学成分。方法采用正交试验设计对提取条件进行优化，并通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪（GC-MS）分析挥发油化学成分。结果以得油率为指标，结合经济省时的原则评价其最佳工艺为：提取时间8 h ，加水700 mL ，不需浸泡，挥发油平均收率为0.39％。GC-MS分析所得挥发油，经过NIST谱库检索鉴定了其中29个成分。结论本实验优化了水蒸气蒸馏法提取无梗五加根挥发油的提取工艺，并通过GC-MS分析了所提挥发油的化学成分，为无梗五加挥发油的开发利用提供可靠参考。%Objective To determine the optimum process of water vapor distillation extraction and to study the chemical composition of the volatile oil from Acanthopanax sessili f lorus roots .Methods The extraction con-ditions were optimized by orthogonal experimental design ,and the chemical composition volatile oil was analyzed by GC-MS .Results Considering the oil rate ,economy and time ,the optimum process was designed as follows :the distillation time 8 h ,water added 700 mL ,without soaking .The oil rate was 0.39% .A total of 29 chromato-graphic peaks were identified through the NIST spectrum library by GC-MS .Conclusion The extraction process of the volatile oil from the roots of Acanthopanax sessili f lorus was optimized by water vapor distillation in this ex-periment .The chemical constituents of volatile oil were analyzed through GC-MS .This experiment provides relia-ble references for further development and utilization of the volatile oil from Acanthopanax sessili f lorus roots .
