基于非线性数值分析的船舶轴功率计算方法

         

摘要

为了解决一些服役期较长的船舶有时无法采集到轴功率数据的问题,根据螺旋桨敞水性征曲线推导轴功率与航速、轴转速的之间的非线性关系,以此计算轴功率,利用不同型号螺旋桨敞水试验数据,使用Matlab拟合不同次数多项式的非线性关系,结果表明三次多项式拟合非线性关系的效果最好,且有着广泛的适用性。用该方法计算轴功率,不但提高了航速、轴转速数据的适用范围,同时也提高了计算精度。%In order to solve the problem that shaft power data can not be collected for some ships which have served for a long time, a method is put forward to calculate the shaft power by means of the nonlinear relationship between shaft power, ship speed and shaft speed derived from propeller’ s open water characteristic curve.The data of different propellers’ open water test is fitted to different order polynomial by using Matlab, showing that cubic polynomial fitted to the nonlinear relationship is the best.Compared with the linear method, this method improves not only the application scope of ship speed and shaft speed data, but also the calculation accuracy of shaft power.
