In order to solve the problem of high vibration and easy transfer of constructional tank, modal analysis has been executive with the finite element theory, which calculates the characteristic frequency to adopt the reasonable construction of the tank. Based on this, viscoelastic damping has been filled in to reduce the vibration of constructional tank, and the experiment has been carried out. It is showed under the condition that the excited frequency is 50 Hz, the viscoelastic damping constructional tank can reduce vibration strength as much as 15dB, compared with the tank without viscoelastic damping.%为解决结构油箱振动大、易于传递的突出问题,本文应用有限元理论对油箱进行形式结构模态分析,得出了油箱的多阶固有频率,并据此确定了合理的油箱结构形式。在此结构油箱基础上,通过填充粘弹性阻尼降低结构油箱的振动并开展试验。试验结果表明,粘弹性阻尼结构油箱较无阻尼结构油箱在50 Hz的液压泵组激振频率条件下,减振效果可达15 dB。
