根据事故致因理论,设计舰船火灾危险源分析与辨识的流程,确定各类火灾危险源的辨识目标、模式、内容、计算指标和方法,并以某舰船机舱为例进行研究。结果表明:机舱内的第1类火灾危险源的危险度为0.556,属于较易起火舱室;第2类火灾危险源灭火失效概率为0.089;第3类火灾危险源的检查表分布中火灾报警和探测系统管理、消防安全巡检和日常考核情况不合格,存在管理缺陷。研究方法可为消防设计者分析辨识火灾隐患,加强防护设计提供技术支撑,对于消除安全风险,完善管理制度,提高舰员安全意识和训练效果具有重要的指导意义。%Based on accident causation theory, the paper designed a warship's fire risk analysis and identification pro-cedure, established identification target, model, contents, calculation indexes and method. Then, the machine cabin was as an example for calculating, the results were that the first category fires' risk degree was 0.556, the machine cabin belongs to an easily burn cabin, the second category fire risks' invalid probability was 0.089, the third category fire existed some latent dangers which fire alarms system, assess indexes, and safety inspection weren't qualified. The research can supply a help to firefighting designers for analyzing and identifying fire risks, and also can eliminate safe hazard, improve safe consciousness, offset manage system.
