舰船更换主机后的快速性预报

         

摘要

为了快速预报四桨舰船更换主机后的快速性,本文以规范法(螺旋桨的图谱设计)为基础,根据原舰船的设计工况和主机负荷数据,分别预报四桨同时工作、侧桨工作,中桨自由旋转和中桨工作,侧桨自由旋转时快速性,结果达不到设计航速;然后通过更换主机,再进行快速性预报,达到了预定的航速,获得了满意的结果。进而说明旋桨图谱设计法在舰船快速性预报的优越性。本文以四桨船为例,使用螺旋桨图谱设计法在舰船快速性预报进行举例,为相似类型的船舶进行快速性预报提供了方法,具有一定的理论意义与实际利用价值。%In order to predict the powering performance of four propellers ship after changing main engine rapidly, powering performance of four propellers working together, side propellers working, middle propellers working based on the ship’ s working condition and main engines’ electric load is illustrated. The author uses propeller atlas design method to predict the rapidity,but it can not meet the design speed. After changing the main engines,the speed is predicted again,and the satisfied results can be obtained. From this paper it can be safely drawn the conclusion that propeller atlas design method will play essential roles in prediction of ship rapidity. Based on the four propellers ship,this paper gives an example about prediction of ship rapidity after changing main engines by using propeller atlas design method. The discussion of this paper has certain theory meaning and actual application value, and also provides a kind of thinking and analyzing method for similar types of ship rapidity prediction in the future.
