新型干燥剂碳酰氟干燥性能研究

         

摘要

In this paper, the drying performance of COF2 and other 25 kinds of common desiccants, e. g. drying intensity, drying capacity, drying rate, is calculated and analyzed, by using the thermodynamic method, we concluded that carbonyl fluorine as a desiccant have better drying intensity, lower reaction heat, moderate drying capacity, better drying rate, carbonyl fluorine is a novel desiccant with excellent drying performance, especially for fluorine-containing compound. This paper will be helpful for selecting the most suitable desiccant in different occasions and application areas, combining with factors of desiccant applicable range and desiccant cost.%应用热力学方法对碳酰氟及其他25种常见干燥剂的干燥性能,如干燥强度、干燥容量、干燥速率进行热力学计算和分析。得出结论:碳酰氟作为干燥剂具有优异的干燥强度,干燥过程中较小的反应热,适中的干燥容量,优异的干燥速率,是一种干燥性能优异的新型干燥剂,尤其适合用于含氟化合物的干燥。将本文结论结合不同干燥剂的适用干燥物质范围、干燥剂成本等因素,将有助于优选出针对不同场合和应用领域最合适的干燥剂。
