基于模态分析和CFD的船用离心泵减振

         

摘要

某船用离心泵的较大振动水平严重影响船舶执行任务.通过对振动测试频谱数据的分析,结合泵安装及运行工况等实际情况,提出了造成泵振动偏大的可能原因是不合理的水力设计.联合采用模态分析和CFD的现代设计分析方法,对泵进行了改进设计.改进方案的分析结果表明,泵能够安全稳定的运行,泵内流体流动比较均匀,在设计工况下的运行状态良好.样机验证了仿真分析结果,其水力性能满足技术要求,振动水平大幅下降.%A marine pump' s vibration levels seriously affect the ship mission. It is mainly used to transport liquid. To reduce the vibration caused by the pump set in ship, the centrifugal pump will be improved on. Aiming at the characteristics of the centrifugal pump of the ship, some particular analysis was carried on. This author summarized the reasons for vibration of centrifugal pump and put forward some countermeasures according to engineering experience. Based on the design method coupled with modal analysis and CFD simulation, a ship centrifugal pump was redesigned and made for hydro-borne vibration reduction. Improvement in program analysis results showed that the pump can be safe and stable operation, pump fluid flow is more uniform in the design of the running in good condition. Prototype verified the simulation results, the hydraulic performance to meet the technical requirements, vibration levels dropped significantly.
