船用换热设备选型分析及小型化技术应用

         

摘要

Base on particular analyzing structure and operation characteristics of various heat exchanger,and combine with special restricter of marine heat exchanger by oceanic environment and marine request, type choice of marine heat exchanger is rationally analyzed. According to compare and analyse,the shell-and-tube heat exchanger meet all restrict factors of marine heat exchanger, it is the main type heat exchanger which used in marine currently. Advantage and disadvantage of various enhanced heat transfer technologies which could be applied to marine heat exchanger are compared and analyzed. Application foreground of marine heat exchanger miniaturization technology and is primary discussed, and the reasonable advice on miniaturization technology application is put forward.%在详细分析各型换热设备的结构及其工作特点基础上,结合海洋应用环境及使用要求给船用换热设备带来的特殊制约因素,对船用换热设备进行了合理的选型分析,通过比较分析得出管壳式热交换器满足船用换热设备的各种制约因素,是当前船用换热设备的主选结构型式;同时针对各种适用于船用换热设备的强化换热技术优缺点进行了比较分析,初步探讨了船用换热设备小型化技术应用前景,提出了应用船用换热设备小型化技术的合理建议.
