活塞侧向力作用的船用柴油机噪声预报方法

         

摘要

For finding the diesel vibration and noise prediction method, the finite element model of TBD234V8 diesel engine block with oil pan is built in this paper. The dynamic characteristic of analyze model is verified by experimental modal analysis. Side thrust of piston is applied to the finite element model to calculate structural transient dynamic characleristics by full matrix method. The diesel engine radiation noise is studied by FEM/IFEM. Then the oil pan is modified and the effect of different structures on structure radiation noise characteristic is calculated. The method adopted in this paper is more similar with diesel work process than frequency domain method and can be used for prediction of diesel vibration and noise.%为解决柴油机振动噪声精确预报方法问题,建立了TBD234V8柴油机机体和油底壳的有限元模型,用模态试验验证了此模型的可靠性,在有限元模型上施加活塞侧向力,进行结构的时域动力学分析,并应用有限元和无限元结合的方法计算模型的辐射声场.在此基础上,对结构进行改进设计,比较了两种结构的机体外声场辐射噪声改变情况.本文提出的分析方法较频域方法与实际工作过程更贴切,可以用于柴油机振动噪声预报.
