影响水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦性能的因素,除了橡胶材料本身以外,还有轴瓦承载面形状、轴瓦橡胶层厚度以及轴瓦布置形式等结构因素,其对水润滑橡胶轴承能否在较低转速下建立“流体动压润滑”有重要影响.试验表明,采用平面轴瓦、适当降轴瓦橡胶层厚度及将轴承底部布置为流水槽的轴瓦布置形式能显著降低轴承在运行过程中的摩擦系数.%Except bearing materials, the structure factors such as shape of the lands, thickness of rubber and distribution of staves are related to friction action of water-lubricated rubber bearings. The experiment proved that bearing with flat shape of the lands, thinner rubber thickness and proper distribution of staves can develop hydrodynamic lubrication at lower shaft speeds than any other bearings.
