The hydraulic manifold block is one of the key components of integrated hydraulic system, as well as,the performance of system is to some extent decided by that of hydraulic manifold block. In order to reduce the system noise,also to increase the utilization percent and the amenity of working time. By using the CFD and CAE methods,and applying the mechanical system dynamics,the hydraulic cushioning device was designed. It can be obtained that the optimal design for old hydraulic manifold block is correct and efficacious, after contrasted with the new designed one.%液压集成块是集成式液压系统的关键元件之一,它的工作状态直接影响系统的整体性能.为了降低系统的工作噪声,提高船用液压集成块的能源利用率和工作舒适性等,针对现有液压集成块所存在的问题,利用CFD和CAE方法对其进行对比分析,并从机械系统动力学出发,设计了液压换向缓冲结构,通过对优化设计后的液压集成块的分析可知,对原有系统的优化设计效果明显.
