舰船动力装置综合诊断策略

         

摘要

Starting with design, standing at the angle of scientific management in whole-system and life-cycle,using Integrated Diagnosis( ID) strategy to optimize equipment's test and diagnosis elements, is an effective way to reduce Life Cycle Cost ( LCC ). On the basis of systems analysis ID connotation and characteristic of warship's power plant, indicated the necessity to carry out ID for power plant, pointed out that power plant's testability design should be established in original location and un - disassembly detection; analyzed the basic element component of power plant's ID, made know that the key to actualize ID is construct the communication channel for diagnosis information; dwelled on the implementation process for power plant ID at last.%从设计入手,站在全系统全寿命科学管理的角度,运用综合诊断策略优化装备测试诊断要素,是降低装备全寿命周期费用的有效途径.在系统分析综合诊断内涵及舰船动力装置特点的基础上,揭示了动力装置开展综合诊断的必要性,指出其测试性设计应立足于原位、不解体检测;分析了动力装置综合诊断基本要素组成,表明了构建诊断信息有效的互通渠道是综合诊断实现的关键;详述了动力装置综合诊断实施的具体过程.
