The inner area lighting has multiple side effects for submarine, this is bacause it has influnce on the safety and comfort of sailors. This paper discusses a high reliable and maintenance free lighting system for submarines, which rely on the new-style LED illumination engineering, and also the realization of it. With these optimized and integrated lighting systems, the workload of power system and possibilities for troubleshooting will reduce.
