随着反辐射导弹( Anti-Radiation Missile,ARM)在现代信息化战争中的大量使用,ARM给地面防空系统中的雷达网及其他辐射源造成了极大威胁.为解决雷达网在复杂电磁环境背景下的抗ARM能力问题,设计了雷达网抗ARM辅助决策仿真系统.对雷达网对抗ARM机理进行了分析,阐述了雷达网抗ARM辅助决策仿真系统的组成,主要从功能设计、数据结构、流程框图和功能实现4个方面介绍了系统的实现过程.该系统的实现为雷达指挥所指挥员和作战参谋提供了雷达网抗ARM方案的辅助分析,提高了指挥所在多种战术背景下的快速反应能力和整体作战指挥能力.%Along with the wide application of anti-radiation missile(ARM) in the modern information warfare,the ARM has greatly threatened the radar nets and other radiation sources in ground air-defense system. In order to solve the problem of radar net anti-ARM capability under the basic concepts of the complicated electromagnetic environment backgrounds, The anti-ARM mechanism of radar net is analyzed, this paper designs system for anti-ARM assistant decision-making of radar net. The composing of anti-ARM assistant decision-making simulation system for netted radar is explained in the paper, the simulation system is mostly implemented from function design, data configuration, flow chart, function realization. The system provides aided analysis of netted radar anti-ARM scheme for radar commanders and operation officers to improve rapid response capability and overall operational command and capability of command post under multiple tactical backgrounds.
