By analyzing the application of honeycomb seal for GT25000 gas turbine, the material, dimension, structure, distribution, installation, and leaky character of the honeycomb seal for high pressure compressor,high and low pressure turbine, and power turbine are recounted. The welding skill and the previous research of honeycomb seal are summarized. All above have basically supported the following numerical stimulant research of honeycomb seal, the design of test-steals and the succeeding seal-experiments.%通过对GT25000燃气轮机蜂窝密封应用情况的分析研究,详细论述了高压压气机、高低压涡轮以及动力涡轮的蜂窝密封材料、结构形式和尺寸、分布情况、安装方式、密封间隙等情况,简要概述了蜂窝密封的焊接和以往蜂窝密封的研究,为开展蜂窝密封数值模拟研究、试验件的设计以及密封试验的开展提供基础支撑.
