84000立方米VLGC线型优化设计与研究

         

摘要

In this article,stem type of bulbous bow and invisible bulbous bow is designed for the preliminary hull form.The fore body is optimized in both schemes,and then one with smaller wave resistance is selected.For after body,viscous resistance can be reduced by extending the after running part,with arrangement of main engine taken care of.Model tests are carried out for two hull forms,and the speed of the better one gets an improvement of 0.2 kn at the design condition.In other words,approximately 5% of power can be saved at the same speed.Software ShipFlOW is used to evaluate resistance at the initial stage,while Star-CCM+ is used for confirmation at the later stage,both of which show the same trend with the model test.%论文介绍了为VLGC船设计的常规球鼻艏型、隐形球艏型两种船首方案的初始线型,并对两种方案进行了前体兴波优化和比较分析,最终选用常规球艏,获得较弱兴波.对后体,在满足了主机布置的前提下,延长了去流段,降低了粘压阻力.本例设计优化工作中,运用阻力评估软件Rapid优化线型,经历了两次船模试验的验证,线型优化后的方案3较优化后的方案1 _Opt,可提高航速0.2kn,或在相同航速时可降低5%左右的功率.在工作前期利用R印id评估线型之优劣,后期利用Star-CCM+作进一步确认,两款软件对线型优劣的评估与试验结果一致,说明CFD优化设计工具具有一定的可靠性.
