填料塔胺法脱硫实验研究

         

摘要

建立了填料塔胺法脱硫实验装置,以乙二胺/磷酸溶液为吸收剂,通过条件实验,考察了操作参数对SO2吸收率的影响.结果表明:脱硫率随液气比、填料层高度的增加而增大,随空塔气速、气相入口SO2浓度及吸收贫液中四价硫S (Ⅳ)浓度的增大而减小,其中,空塔气速和贫液S(Ⅳ)浓度对吸收率的影响显著;实验条件下,吸收液气比不宜低于1.73L/m3,贫液S (Ⅳ)浓度宜控制在0.1mol/L以下;增大吸收液流量或降低贫液S(Ⅳ)浓度均会降低液相传质阻力.%An experimental packed tower for amine-based flue gas desulfurization was designed in this paper.The effects of main operating parameters on the efficiency of SO2 absorption into ethylene diamine/phosphoric acid solution were investigated.The results show that desulfurization efficiency increases with increasing liquid-gas ratio and packing height,and declines with the increase of empty tower gas velocity,inlet SO2 concentration and S (Ⅳ) concentration of lean solution.The desulfurization efficiency is significantly influenced by empty tower gas velocity and S (Ⅳ) concentration of lean solution.Under experimental conditions,the high effective utilization of packing can be achieved when liquid-gas ratio is more than 1.73L/m3 and S (Ⅳ)concentration of lean solution is less than 0.1 mol/L.The liquid-phase mass transfer resistance decreases with increasing absorbent flow rate or decreasing S (Ⅳ) concentration of lean solution.
