Objective To explore the reliability of Quantum resonant spectrometer evaluation effect in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Using Quantum Resonance Spectrometer(QRS)to analyze the 100 cases of schizophrenia patients and 100 case of control groups,to contrast with the diagnosis results by the psychiatrist. Results A high correlation of quantum resonance detector schizophre-nia results and physician psychiatric examination results,P value,r value,Kappa value,Youden index,most have significant. Conclusion In the preliminary study,quantum resonance detector could be considered as a new tool of evaluating prognosis schizo-phrenia.%目的：探索量子共振检测仪评价精神分裂症治疗效果的可靠性。方法以西安市精神卫生中心2011年6月-12月100例住院精神分裂症患者和100例非精神疾病者为研究对象，将精神科医生检查出精神分裂症症状与量子共振检测结果进行比较分析。结果量子共振检测仪检测精神分裂症结果与医师精神检查结果相关性较高，P 值、r 值、Kappa 值、Youden 指数中大部分指标均有显著性意义。结论通过初步探索，量子共振检测仪可以考虑成为评价精神分裂症治疗效果的新工具。
