本文通过文献资料法,实验对比法和数理统计法等研究方法,对参加瑜伽项目活动的50名女大学生(实验组),与参与同等课时量、非同类项群其它运动项目50名女大学生(对照组),两组体质测量指标结果进行分析,结果表明:主要包括身体形态指标(身高、体重、身高体重指数)以及身体机能指标(肺活量、肺活量体重指数)和身体素质指标(柔韧性和耐力性)等指进行对比分析,分析结果表明:瑜伽活动相对其它运动项目对女大学生在降低体重方面有比较显著的效果,同时还能增加肺活量,改善身体柔韧性,使身体更加柔软灵活。%By the methods of literature review and comparative experimentation ,mathematical statistics and so on. Analysed the physical measurement results between the 50 female student who had been participated in yoga practice (as experimental group)and the same number female student who had been joined in other sports practice(as the control group ) .Comparative studied those two group indexes, Including Body shape index( height and weight ), Body function index( vital capacity, spiro-index )and Body Quality Index( flexibility, endurance ).The result show that through compared other physical course, yoga practice have the significant effect in control female weight as well as be able to enhance their vital capacity and improve their flexibility.
