通过自编《高等职业技术学院教师职业压力源问卷》调查了西部地区7所不同层次高等职业院校教师的职业压力状况,发现高职院校中,学院的层次是影响教师职业压力的重要因素.%According to the Questionaire for the resources of the professional pressure of teachers from seven vocational colleges in the West of China, it is shown that the grade or level of a college is the key factor which influence the teachers from the college.
