基于对专利文献的检索分析,综述了加成型导热硅橡胶的研究进展,介绍了几种能将硅橡胶热导率提高至3 W/(m·K)以上的有效途径.%Based on the search and analysis of the patent literature,the research progress of polyadditional thermal conductive silicone rubber was summarized,and some effective ways to increase the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber to more than 3W/(m·K) were introduced.
