硅烷偶联剂和表面活性剂复合改性硅酸盐荧光粉

         

摘要

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为表面活性剂、乙醇为分散剂、N-(β-氨乙基)-α-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂为荧光粉的表面处理剂.探讨了硅烷偶联剂和表面活性剂复合对发光二极管(LED)用荧光粉处理后,荧光粉的分散性和防潮性及光效的变化.并探讨了硅烷偶联剂在处理荧光粉时的温度和含量的影响.结果表明,表面活性剂用量为荧光粉质量的2%,偶联剂用量为荧光粉质量的3%,荧光粉与乙醇质量比在1/5 ~1/6时,LED的封装效果较好.按此配方处理后的荧光粉分散性较好,防潮实验20h未见变化,200 h团聚结块10%,封装光效提高了3% ~5%.%Using hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as the surfactant, ethanol as the dispersant, N - (β- aminoethyl) - a - aminopropyltrimethoxysilane coupling agent as the surface treatment agent of the fluorescent powder, we investigated the effect of the treatment of LED phosphor with the silane coupling agents and surfactant on the dispersity and settleability of the fluorescent powder were also studied. The influence of the experimental temperature and the content was discussed. The results showed that LED owned packaging effect when the surfactant was 2% of phosphor, the content of silane coupling agent was 3% of phosphor, the mass ratio of phosphor powder and ethanol was 1/5~1/6. The treated phosphor powder had good dispersitivi-ty, and experiment of moisture proof showed no change in 20 hrs, and 10 % agglomeration in 200 hrs, efficiency of packaging increased by 3%~5%。
