This article introduces the method, key process and employed machines and tools for the erection of waste water hydrolytic column. The lift process adopted two hydraulic pressure mobile cranes with different tonnages (400 t and 200 t) as main cranes, one small crane as bottom holding crane. The lift loads were reasonably shared by the cranes through self-made distribution beam.%介绍了利用2台不同吨位(400t和200t)汽车吊为主吊,以1台小吨位汽车吊配合溜尾的3机抬吊安装废水裂解塔的施工方法。该吊装通过自制分配梁实现了3台吊机载荷的合理分配和平衡。
