电动汽车用表贴式永磁游标电动机分析与设计

         

摘要

Surface permanent magnet vernier (SPMV) motors are gaining more and more attentions over recent years due to the high torque density.However,most researches focused on their applications in the low speed and high torque area,and the study for high speed application is barely seen.A SPMV motor with 12-slot 20-pole was analyzed and designed for EV application,and the optimal design was compared with the Prius-2004 interior permanent magnet (IPM) motor in terms of back-EMF,cogging torque,torque,field weakening ability,losses and efficiency.It was shown that the SPMV machine produces 12% higher torque under the same DC copper loss.Besides,the SPMV motor has theoretically better flux-weakening capability albeit the surface-mounted permanent magnet (SPM) structure is employed in the vernier motor.%表贴式永磁游标电动机由于具有高转矩密度的特点,近年来受到越来越多的关注,已经成为新型电机领域研究最为热门的课题之一.然而,研究重点大多数集中于该电机在低速高转矩的应用领域,在高速领域的研究很少.分析并设计了一台应用于电动车的12槽20极的表贴式永磁游标电动机,并与内置式永磁电动机Prius-2004的性能进行了对比,包括反电势、齿槽转矩、转矩、弱磁能力、损耗、效率.研究表明,在产生相同的直流铜耗条件下,表贴式永磁游标电动机较内置式永磁同步电动机转矩密度提升12%.此外,虽然表贴式永磁游标电动机采用了表贴式永磁体结构,该电机却具有较高的弱磁能力.
