基于LabVIEW的新型曳引电机检测系统研发

         

摘要

通过采用多种PCI板卡,将测试仪器、驱动系统、测试回路与运行监控功能进行模块化设计,提高检测系统的整体性.利用LabVIEW软件可视化的图形编程语言以及图形化的软面板,来替代常规的传统仪器面板,简化了研发过程,并使控制面板形象易懂.同时采用振动信号分析方法对电机运行状态监测.%Through the adoption of a variety of PCI board card,test instruments,drive system,test circuit and operation monitoring module are modular designed that improves the integrity and accuracy of the detection system.Using visual and graphical programming language and graphical panel of LabVIEW software,to replace the conventional traditional instrument panel,simplifies the development process,and makes the image to understand the control panel.At the same time,the vibration signal analysis method is adopted to the motor running condition monitoring.
