同步磁阻电机无位置传感器控制系统研究

         

摘要

According to the characters of synchronous reluctance motors,a sensorless vector control system was de signed.Fluctuating voltage high frequency signal injection method was used in zero and low speed.High frequency voltage was injected in the estimated q-axis,and the estimated d-axis high frequency current was used for position estimation.The extended back-electromotive-force estimation method was used in middle and high speed.The q-axis current was reduced to satisfy the vohage in high speed,and the absolute value of d-axis was increased to achieve constant torque operation.Experiment results showed that the proposed system had a certain disturbance-rejecting ability.It had a good speed and position estimation performance in all speed.%针对同步磁阻电机的特点设计相应的无位置传感器矢量控制系统.零速和低速时采用脉振电压高频信号注入法,在估计坐标系的g轴注入高频电压信号,使用估计d轴的高频电流信号进行位置估计.中速和高速时使用静止坐标系下的扩展反电动势法进行位置估计.达到电压限制时主动降低g轴电流满足电压限制,同时增加d轴电流绝对值实现恒转矩运行.实验结果表明,所设计的位置估计系统具有一定的抗扰动能力,可以很好地进行全速度段的转速和位置估计.
