新型横向磁通热声直线发电机定位力研究

         

摘要

为了实现直线发电机与热声发动机的匹配,使系统运行在谐振状态,以提高热声系统的输出电功,提出一种新型的横向磁通直线发电机结构.通过理论分析得到了该电机的定位力与动子位移的关系,同时分析了气隙宽度、永磁体厚度和永磁体轴向长度等电机结构参数对定位力的影响.有限元仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性.%In order to realize the matching between linear generator and thermoacoustic engine, make the system running in resonance state and improve output power of the thermoacoustic system, a novel transverse flux linear generator structure was proposed. The relationship between detent force and mover displacement was obtained by theoretical analysis. The impact of the structure parameters such as the width of air gap, the thickness and the length of permanent magnet on detent force were analysed. It was testified to be correct by finite element simulation and experiment.
