高校思想政治理论课教学供需矛盾研究

         

摘要

At present, the teaching of ideological and political theory still follows the traditional mode, or rather, relying solely on the investment of teaching resources to guarantee the teaching effect.However, the contradiction between supply and demand arising in the teaching of ideological and political theory causes a waste and the inefficient use of education resources that results from the excessive governance in university management.To deal with the situation, and to realize the integrity of the teaching, the universities need to establish an innovative supply chain of educational resources, the service-oriented education management, a sharing system of education resource based on holistic governance, and a supply system for the teaching with the participation of multiple social main bodies.%当前,思政课教学仍然沿袭了传统粗放型教学模式,单纯依赖教学资源投入来保障教学效果.但由于思政课教学供需矛盾的存在,反而致使大量思政资源出现闲置浪费和低效利用的问题.这些问题的制度根源在于高校教育管理的过度行政化.为解决这一矛盾,推进思政课教学的整体性建设,建议从高校管理制度着手打造创新型思政资源供应链,确立以需求为导向的服务型思政教学管理部门,建立以整体治理为特征的思政资源共享系统,打造多元社会主体参与的思政教学供给系统.
