自2014年始,高校新生多为具有明显时代特征的“95”后。“95”后入学后呈现出的共性是思想多元化、独立性差、适应性弱、自主学习意识淡薄、心理迷茫、自我防范意识弱等。针对这些问题,要对“95”后新生进行适应性教育、安全防范教育、爱国爱校教育和职业生涯教育。“95”后大学生的教育具有重要的现实意义。%Since 2014, a majority of freshmen are mostly the young people of post-1995 generation with obvious characteristics of the times .They demonstrate something in common: ideological pluralism , lack of independence and a-daptability, weak sense of autonomous learning and self-defense, and mental confusion.To deal with the situation, the ed-ucation for them should be targeted at improving their adaptability , sense of security and self-defense, patriotism and love of university, and professional career , which is of great practical significance .
