During the period of Anti-Japanese War, the Communist Party of China achieved great success in Shanxi in its work relating to united front, and the valuable experiences lie in the facts that the Communists always made moderate compromise by adhering to its position for the sake of national interests;they treated correctly the relationship between the grasp of the leadership and the rational allocation of interests, and under the premise of such different treatment, the inter-mediate forces are won over and the majority of the population is united. All these experiences are of significant enlighten-ment and reference for China′s united front work in the new situation.%抗战时期，中国共产党在山西的统战工作取得重大成功，其宝贵经验在于共产党人始终坚持了民族国家利益立场上的适度让步与妥协；正确处理了掌握领导权与合理配置利益的关系；在区别对待前提下既争取了中间势力，又团结了大多数民众。这些经验对我国当前形势下党的统战工作仍有重要借鉴作用。
